"When Victoria started therapy, I knew the first day, it would be beneficial. The past two therapy services saw us one time, went over exercises to do at home, and sent us on our way. No kind of evaluation was done to assess her problems. Here at Physicians' Choice, Victoria was first evaluated for her abilities and disabilities. Then a program was started to strengthen her ankles and range of motion. The staff has worked diligently to improve her abilities. They have been very concerned about Victoria's progress. "On my initial visit at PCPT, I really had my doubts that physical therapy was the answer to my pain and discomfort. I really thought that surgery was the best and quickest solution. I had a frozen left shoulder, and I could barely move my arm away from my body, the pain was excruciating. Tejas (the physical therapist) warned me that it would take time and a lot of physical therapy sessions. He was absolutely right. After finding out what the surgery procedure consisted of, I decided that PT was indeed the best option. It did take a lot of time, effort, and determination, but it all paid off. I am very grateful to Tejas and his persistence to help me get better. The staff at PCPT was exceptionally good to me and very helpful. For others who are experiencing the same pain I was, I highly recommend that you do not miss your PT appointments, do not stop going before you are completely finished, and most of all do not give up. In my case, physical therapy was definitely the right choice."
